PEFTEC PETROLEUM & REFINING 10 TECHNOLOGIES 10 Applied Rigaku Technologies – Stand F1
Applied Rigaku Technologies, Inc. will be showcasing their energy dispersive X-ray fl uorescence (EDXRF) solutions at PEFTEC 2022, a live event focusing on petroleum and refi ning technologies held June 8 and 9. Applied Rigaku Technologies specialises in benchtop and on-line elemental analysers serving upstream and midstream for in-fi eld use and downstream for refi neries and commercial labs. In stand F1, the company will showcase the advanced NEX DE benchtop analyser, and visitors can discuss their specifi c applications and requirements with Rigaku personnel. Rigaku EDXRF benchtop systems include the compact NEX QC Series, NEX DE, and the NEX CG II in direct excitation analyser for complex applications and research. Rigaku EDXRFs serve many screening and monitoring needs and meet compliance with multiple testing methods and standards. For real-time process control needs, the NEX XT total sulphur analyser is offered for crude oil and bunker fuel monitoring and blending, in addition to NEX OL multi-element analyser for liquid streams.

Da Vinci Laboratory Solutions - Stands F3 and F4
Da Vinci Laboratory Solutions (DVLS) provide automated and safe methods for gas analysis and sampling; analyse a batch of gas samples with their new Multi Stream Gas Sampler. Using the Multi Stream Gas Sampler you can connect up to twelve different samples collected in either Tedlar bags, bladders, cannisters and/or cylinders for an unattended analysis. For the safe and representative sample introduction of (liquefi ed) gases use the DVLS Pressure Station. This station introduces a (liquefi ed) gas sample into a chromatographic system and keeps the
pressure at a constant level. Adding the Liquefi ed Gas Injector provides a fast, safe and accurate solution for the analysis of liquefi ed gases. This injector technique is standardised in the ASTM D7756 and EN 16423 methods for the analysis of residue in LPG.

57724pr@reply-direct.com Metrohm Process Analytics – Stand I1 4IR Solutions – Stand D3
The 4IR Solutions stand will show the advantages of avoiding the blind spots in oil and gas/petrochemical process control by monitoring dark/ opaque materials. The limitation of optical technologies (NIR, FT-IR, IR and Raman) is their inability to effectively and productively measure dark and opaque materials. This means that the data availability for process control is effectively blind. Blind spots, from which
data are not received, are located on more than half of the production fl oor. Imagine you could cover the blind spots. What if you could get online, real-time measurements for dark and opaque materials from the production fl oor directly to your control room? For crude oil feed and its opaque distillates such as diesel, gas oil or residuals the accuracy of the results from the AI-60 analyser is comparable to those from standard lab-testing methods. The difference is: you receive our results every 5 minutes! This means you can optimise and control your production process seamlessly. You no longer have to wait a whole day for lab results!

Picarro will feature industrial real-time emissions monitoring solutions at the International Methane Monitoring Conference taking place at PEFTEC 2022. Regulatory authorities across the world require industries to implement specifi c monitoring systems to comply with established environmental, health, and safety rules. The complexity of these requirements is growing with an increased focus on hazardous air pollutant (HAP) and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from industrial sources. In response to growing concerns from communities and employees regarding exposure to toxic gases, continuous, real-time monitoring systems are needed for defensible data. From simpler systems for GHG emissions measurements to highly sophisticated systems for measuring speciated volatile organic compounds (VOCs) across an entire industrial facility, Picarro has the products, expertise, and services to ensure success in each monitoring application.
