The University will endeavour to deliver the course in accordance with the description provided in the prospectus and on the website. However, the University will be entitled to make reasonable changes to courses described in the prospectus and on the website for the academic year including but not exclusive to content, syllabus, location and method of delivery or assessment.


Further circumstances beyond the University’s control may prevent it from delivering the courses as described. Examples of such could include unanticipated departure of key members of university staff or where numbers recruited to the course are such that it is not possible to deliver the appropriate quality of education for students.
