Meet your host
Your trip organiser is Paul Wright or one of his experienced team. With over seven years of experience running large book clubs in Bristol and Exeter, Paul has cultivated a deep understanding of what makes a
great gathering. Since 2023, he has organised Books in Places trips, blending his love of literature and travel.
Books in Places is all about visiting the setting of a book, soaking up the atmosphere and discussing the book in that location. For example, imagine a book club meeting for Death on the Nile, but held in Egypt, while cruising down the Nile. Paul has brought together a reading retreat and book club experience into one unique holiday experience.
