WHAT’S NEW
Another year, another catalogue, this time in digital format. Why the change? If you visit Fish Island, joining one of our smokehouse tours perhaps, you will observe skilled artisans using traditional methods in state-of-the-art facilities, so it seems fitting to have a catalogue to match. A paper catalogue is also inherently wasteful. In the smokehouse every part of the salmon is used: skin and bones to make stock, crusty pellicle air-dried to delicious salmon jerky. Nothing is wasted.

In fact, this is not ‘just’ another year, it’s our 25th! We’re celebrating the Silver Anniversary of Forman & Field, our gourmet home delivery service. Lloyd and I are proud to have kept going through calamitous fire, forced relocation and unprecedented pandemic. It hasn’t been easy, but we have been blessed throughout by the best customers on the planet. As a small family business we value your loyalty more than anything, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
