In the New Testament, we read in Acts 16: 25 ‘About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. 26 Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose.’ (NIV)


Two friends have told me that their favourite hymn is “Great is Thy Faithfulness”


I have made a list of 50 . . . !! At last, I have listed my “TOP TEN”


How wonderful it will be when we sing hymns and songs and make music to the Lord, wherever we find ourselves, whatever circumstances we are in, in Church, in the community around us, and in our hearts, with gratitude to the Lord for His saving grace.
