n the September 2020 edition of Connect, the then ‘Songs of Praise’ (BBC 1) peoples’ top 10 hymns were


listed:

Throughout the pandemic, which is not over yet, singing in our Church has not been possible. However, we have enjoyed listening to recorded hymns and songs in nine recent Sunday services, whilst reading the words on screen, meditating on them, ‘singing’ in our hearts and praising the Lord.


“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.” Colossians 3:16
