We have been baking our hearts out since 2012 and from small beginnings in Southwold we now have a central bakery and bake school in Darsham and bakery cafes in Aldeburgh, Norwich and Blakeney and we look forward to welcoming you to our exciting new Café on the High Street in Holt which is opening in August.


Every day our amazing team of over 100 bakers, pastry chefs and baristas bring expertise and passion to what they do best – transforming quality ingredients into delicious products and putting customer service first.


The new site in Holt is our biggest by far and combines our contemporary bakery cafe space downstairs with wood fired pizzas and sharing platters in an informal dining space upstairs.
