I have both observed and personally experienced the burnout anxiety and errors many female leaders and entrepreneurs have bumped into when operating in the corporate world. I have also heard many stories and frustrations from


team leaders and team members when they can’t agree on a sense of meaning and existence for the team nor agree on a collective way forward. In addition, I hear many associates and leaders express their concerns at the lack of skills and development they need and crave to become the best versions of themselves in the corporate world.


MY PASSION AND ENERGY ARE CENTRED IN TWO AREAS: 1 Coaching to support female executives and female diverse talent on their career journeys to be the best version of a leader they can be, without compromising who they are.


2 Facilitation and learning, working with all individuals and teams to become cohesive, powerful and effective together to proactively and positively impact the bottom line. Along with designing and facilitating conferences as learning journeys with passion, drive, energy and enthusiasm.


My values are to provide coaching and learning that has impact, leaves a lasting and meaningful legacy, adds value, is delivered with warmth, energy and empathy and allows for the right amount of fun and creativity along the way.


HOW I WORK: Start with the destination: By asking what is the best version of the future you want for yourself, your leadership, your team and your business, we can reverse engineer and build the right road map to take you along that journey. By working in this way, it means you have full control of the destination you want to go to and I can provide the tools, support and process to ensure you get there.


Coaching Sessions: Can be in person or virtual (using Zoom).


Learning Sessions: Can be virtual (dependant on group size, subject and outcomes required) or in person.


My qualifications are: MBA, Diploma in L&D, ICF certification progress, One of Many Certification process, MBTI and Korn Ferry Certified Feedbacker, BPS Level A&B.
