Leeds-based digital solutions provider UX Global (UXG) has appointed a head of sales and marketing as it looks to build on current momentum and pursue significant growth in 2021. Noel Kennedy has been recruited to the newly-created role at the Hors- forth-based company, which designs, manufactures and installs digital, LED and retail displays for a range of clients across the UK and Europe, including Halfords and Dixons Carphone. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team, having joined from audio-visual design and build specialists, Involve, where he was head of sales. In his new role, Noel is responsible for bringing to life the company’s extensive offering, working closely with existing clients and pros- pects to deliver innovative solutions that address their needs and help them to stand-out.

Commenting on his appointment, UXG managing director Alistair Wright said: “We’re delighted to have brought Noel on board as we set ourselves up for what is set to be a big year for UXG. His experience, knowledge and network of contacts are second- to-none, and I’m looking forward to

Digital Projection has hired Jérôme Cadilhac as its business development manager for the South of France, a newly created role, effective immedi- ately. Cadilhac will report to Digital Projection’s EMEA sales and market- ing manager, Dirk Siedle, as well as working closely with Stéphane Bour- don, Digital Projection’s historical sales manager for France, Spain, Por- tugal, and North Africa.

“I have been working in the audio-vi- sual world since 2006,” said Cadil- hac. “After five years at French AV wholesaler, IXAM, I spent nine years at Christie Digital Systems, where I was first in charge of projector, LED, and media server distribution in the South of France, then across the country for the company’s new ‘Enterprise’ verti- cal. These 14 years of experience in the field mean that I have an excellent grasp of the various distribution net- works in France and have built solid relationships with the main players in

“Digital Projection is a company that is as innovative as it is adaptable. The company has been very smart in the way it’s been growing over the years, and their new RGB laser range (with the Satellite MLS) is a particularly good illustration of this. Despite its reach, the team remains close on an
