finds everyone staying healthy. Election season is upon us and the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) is no different. We just hosted our second zoom General Membership Meeting on October 20 and our first ever Zoom election. Deciding to run for a seat on the Associate Council or the Board of Directors means you’re will- ing to commit a great deal of time and energy to the association. For those who were not elected this year, thank you for
your willingness to serve and we will look to your getting involved in the next couple years. On the Board of Directors side we had a slate of candidates that were vetted by our nominating committee headed up by Jud Oscherwitz with Towne Properties. The com- mittee selected Tonya Beckner with Miller Valentine Group; Craig Coffman with Uptown Rental Properties; Brian Fullenkamp with Legacy Management; Jordann Morgan with Fath Properties; and finally, our newest edition, John Recob with Towne Properties. I
look forward to serving with this group over the next few years. On the Associate Council side the election was tight and we
have the following members elected to serve a two year term: Rod Herper with National Credit Systems; Gerry Johnson with RentPath; Ann Padgett with ePremium Insurance; Grant Saunders with Hays+Sons Restoration; Eric Scherzinger with Scherzinger Pest Control; Trinity Vanover with First Green Commercial Landscaping; and finally Greg Weber with CORT. The Associate Council is a vital part of our organization and supports the major- ity of our events. We appreciate your commitment and I personally look forward to serving with you. Now that we have covered the elections, it time to think about
the end of 2020 and our Holiday Cheers Fundraiser. This is always a great event, and one which my wife usually spends too much money. This year the event will be virtual, but will offer all the same great items, live auctions, and the money will help to sup- port the Apartment Association Outreach, our 501c3 charity. Click here to access the new online platform and to begin building your profile. Please mark December 3 through December 10 on your calenders and I look forward to seeing everyone soon.
