GCNKAA 2021 MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY DEADLINE APPROACHING! It’s that time of year again! The goal this
year is to have your 2021 Membership Directory in your hands by the end of January. You should have received your change
form and listing proof in the mail in early October. If you have not received your pack- et, please contact Michele at the Apartment Association office (
michele@gcnkaa.org or 513-407-8612). Please review the proof care- fully in its entirety. If there are any changes that need to be made, please correct the information fax, mail or email this form back to Michele at the Apartment Association (Michele@gcnkaa. org) by November 19, 2020. That IS the of- ficial cut-off date for the 2021 Membership Directory. All changes MUST BE MADE IN WRITING and no phone call changes will be made. If you would like to complete this form online, visit
http://www.gcnkaa.org/member- ship-directory.html. Even if you contacted the GCNKAA office in 2020 with changes, we strongly suggest you review your proof as not all changes to the database are reflected in the directory for a multitude of reasons. Any changes made after November 19, 2020, will appear in the 2022 Membership Directory. If you are an Associate Member, you will also have your
company listed in the Product and Services section up to three (3) times for free. To create a more user-friendly section, we have
streamlined the categories using pre-approved categories. Your current listings are included on your Directory Change Form. If you would like to change your listings, please do so by using the list of categories enclosed in your Directory mailing. Simply review the list and place a check mark next to the three categories you would like to be listed under, complete the bottom of the form and send back to GCNKAA (attn.: Michele Klusman) with this directory form.
If you would like to be listed in more
than three (3) categories, there is a $10 charge per extra listing. Due to a new policy, these additional listings must be paid in advance. Please remit payment with this form or contact GCNKAA for an invoice. Also, as an Associate Member, you have the opportunity to advertise in this annual pub-
lication. This publication is mailed out to all our property owner and management companies, apartment communities, and other Associate Members and is considered the ‘go-to’ publication for member information.
