Our Mission
Deloro is at the core of every critical process - we make your processes safer and more productive! DWS offers solid and coated wear corrosion-resistant
and investment casting. On the coating
side we cover Lasercladding, plasma transferred arch welding, manual welding processes and high velocity oxygen fuel spray technology. In addition to solid and coated wear and corrosion-resistant components, our wide range of hard facing consumables comes in the form of rods, wires, powder and electrodes and can be custom engineered to meet individual customer needs.

Investment Casting Our investment casting department is specialized in small to mid size, aircast components in small to medium series. The speciality of Deloro are our proprietary Co- or Ni-based alloys. For fast turnaround needs we dispose of an in-house toolshop for simple geometries and in combination with 3D printing can offer extremely fast lead times. A wide range of cobalt, nickel and stainless steel alloys can be poured in our investment foundries. All castings can be finish-machined to print in our well-equipped machine shops. Our fully equipped dimensional and metallurgical lab allows not only quality control of our production but also research and development to constantly enhance our material selection.
