Firstly, and more importantly, let me say that I hope you're keeping well in what are testing times for us all. Everyone faces their own unique challenge at this time as the way in which we function, the way we exist is temporarily challenged. With this in mind the entire Live 24-Seven team are always at the end of an email, Tweet or phone if you have any questions, or would like to share stories or offer suggestions that can impact your local community.

SALES DIRECTOR

As a team, we’ve been inundated with questions as to how people can still get copies of the magazine whilst due to the current closures the magazine will not be available across the area for you to pick up and take home, we are delivering magazines through doors to ensure we still get your favourite magazine to you without the need for you to leave your home, so during these times of isolation you still have a magazine to relax and enjoy in your own time, we also have a very large bank of readers who for the last 10 plus years have requested we email a link to the latest issue directly into their inbox. Please feel free to use the email address below my picture to request a link, or contact one of the team. Our strong distribution is also complemented by a mix of social media. @live24seven @cotswoldstyle @katie24seven are the Twitter handles you need.

Our magazine will remain the positive title that it always has been without ignoring the elephant in the room. Our focus, unlike national press which at times can be scary, will be to spread the positive stories, the community support, the great businesses that remain open and super reads such as our exclusive interviews. We hope to take your mind off (to some extent) the world outside, whilst still showcasing what an amazing offering the area and region has now, and in the future.

SALES MANAGER Tina Thomas-Bassett tina@live24-seven.com 07980 830084

We're here for you, we continue to operate and continue to be resilient. I previously interviewed a marketing expert who has advised both Sky and Brand Beckham in her role, she offered the following advice that I'd like to share with you because whether you are a business owner or not, it really does make sense; "Don't go quiet during difficult or challenging times, market your way through the episode as you will be more resilient and have a head start on competitors when things improve!” Similarly, don’t go quiet in general, reach out, share your thoughts and ask for company – you’ll find in testing times that people can be very kind.

On that note, I hope that you stay well physically and emotionally… and stay encouraged... everything passes. …

Much love, Katie & team xxxx www.live24-seven.com
