For the technically minded this is a Massey Ferguson 35 which starts on Petrol and runs on TVO, it was first registered on 4th January 1960 (just 6 months before the Morris Mini Minor Deluxe I bought and still have!) when the road tax was just £2!
Last year, 2019, it went to Woolpit Steam Rally with a 3 ton trailer with two ploughs attached, which was a static exhibit, whilst the tractor paraded.
I’m very proud of the tractor which certainly lived up to its name!
It took about 3 years to finish it and I hope you like the colour scheme which I saw at The Suffolk Show many years before on a MF 135. The decals on both sides bears its
name ‘A Labour of Love, remembering’ and then a list of people who are no longer with us but showed me much friendship and kindness over the 20 years I have
