ASCA NEWS
ASCs CELEBRATE GOLDEN JUBILEE
February 12, 2020, marks 50 years since the first ASC provided surgery to its first patients. This year, as we celebrate 50 Years of ASCs, ASCA sent all ASCs that renewed their ASCA membership a poster. The poster describes the growth of ASCs in the last 50 years and some of the many ways ASCs have promoted patient safety and high-quality care while helping to lead the evolution of outpatient surgery during this time. We encourage you to hang the poster in your ASC and share the good news about ASCs with your staff and the physicians, patients and families that visit your facility.
