Lauren Pursley was novice halter champion at TQHA Novice Horse Show in Bryan, TX, December 13-14.

HPs included Emma Wenzel (Pee- Wee/Im Colored By Charly), Sabine Lazo (WT-18&O/Required ID), Julie Rotter (WT-19&O & AQHA-Am-WT/Destinys Ver- sion), Maggie Pruitt (AQHA-Y-WT/Keeping It Dynamic), Jen- nifer Murray (L1-Am & Open-19&O/One Lazy Amiga), Karli Rayburn (L1-Y/Izzy Legendary), and Katherine Smith (18&U/Cotton Candy Machine). Lauren Pursley was Novice Halter Champion, and Addie Allen received the Youth Sports- manship title. There was a new member drive resulting in a ran- dom drawing to receive Nancy Cahill videos, and Savannah Sparks was that lucky winner.

Megan Schuller is youth advisor. NMQHA’s Land of Enchant- ment Circuit is scheduled for April 3-26 at Albuquerque’s Expo New Mexico.
