SMALL GROUP Tours in the Amalfi Coast
SMALL GROUP POMPEII & HERCULANEUM SELECT TOUR *Max 20pax* (8hrs) Pick-up from your hotel or meeting point and transfer to Pompeii. Guided visit of 2 hours showing you the main public monuments and some of the homes of the Pompeii ruins. For lunch time, we will stop in a local restaurant to taste a delicious Neapolitan meal. In the second part of the excursion you will visit Herculaneum: The town was submerged under a torrent of mud and lava that hardened into a soft tufa (a kind of course rock) that preserved many of the wooden parts of houses and household objects which can be seen today in a perfect state of preservation. Transfer back to the hotel.
SMALL GROUP POMPEII AND WINE TASTING *Max 20pax* (8hrs) Pick-up from your hotel or meeting point and transfer to Pompeii. Guided visit of 2 hours showing you the main public monuments and some of the homes of the Pompeii ruins. After the Pompeii tour, we will proceed to visit an enchanting property, found on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius. A short walk through the vineyards will be followed by a delicious lunch made with typical products found in the region. To accompany the meal guests will be able to sample the famous Lacryma Christi wine. In the afternoon, transfer back to the hotel.
SMALL GROUP TOUR POSITANO BY NIGHT *Max 18 pax* (Approx. 6 hours) Positano by Night is one of the most suggestive scenes of the world, an inspiration for many artists and poets. Pick up at your hotel. Transportation in deluxe coach with soft drinks on board with English speaking assistant. Upon arrival, time at your leisure to visit this beautiful small town, with tiny little streets, with many shops. Dinner in the garden of the most historical restaurant of the Amalfi Coast, where you can taste typical dishes of the local tradition. (3 courses menu-water included). Free pick-up service from centrally located hotel in Sorrento. *Tour available also with Dinner.
SMALL GROUP AMALFI COAST *Max 8 pax* (9hrs) Positano, Amalfi & Ravello Enjoy a drive along one of the most beautiful coastlines in the World. The first stop will be in Positano to enjoy the view of this jewel of the coast from the top. After an hour at leisure to enjoy a nice walk through the colorful narrow streets leading to the beach, continue to Amalfi, the town which has given the name to this drive. Enjoy a walk around the town to see the lovely mosaic façade of St. Andrew’s Cathedral. Light lunch will be served at a typical restaurant. Then continue to Ravello. This delightful quiet village has inspired artists from all over the World: Wagner and Gore Vidal to name just two. Enjoy some time at your disposal to walk around and return to Sorrento.
