Day 1: Arrival in Florence. Arrival transfer from the Florence to Fligline Valdarno. Check into your accommodations and get settled. Enjoy the culinary delights of the Villa Casagrande. Overnight at the Villa. Day 2: Cooking class. Enjoy breakfast at Villa. Tour morning is free to discover the lovely village of Figline Valdarno. In the afternoon, participate in your first cooking class with Mamma Paola. During the 3-hour class, you will learn to prepare many traditional and seasonal Tuscan dishes. Dinner to follow bases on your efforts. Overnight at the Villa. Day 3: Siena and San Gimignano.An exciting day after breakfast, where you meet your driver for a full day excursion to Siena and San Gimignano. Independently discover the beauty of these perfectly preserved medieval towns. Before leaving, you will experience a wine tasting at a local farm in the area. Return to Figline Valdarno for overnight at the Villa. Day 4: Pizza-making class. After breakfast at the Villa enjoy the day at your leisure. You can decide to visit the health centre of the Villa, rent bikes, go horseback riding, take a walk in the town or visit the cellar and the museum of the Villa which has been host to Popes and Princes. In the afternoon, PIZZA MAKING WITH MAMMA PAOLA! you will learn the ba- sics of traditional Italian Pizza. Dinner follows with the foods prepared in class. Overnight at the Villa. Day 5: Day at leisure. After breakfast, the day is free for you to enjoy. Overnight. Day 6: Departure from Florence. After breakfast, a return transfer to Florence.
