DCC Technology acquires mobile specialist Bconnected


DCC Technology announced the acquisition of Bconnected Lim- ited, a provider of Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM) and Mobile Device Manage- ment (MDM) solutions. Based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, the company reported revenues of €1.9 million in its last financial year (ending Dec 2018). EMM services include managed services, monitoring access, data segregation on all IT de- vices (and operating systems), combining end-users’ needs with IT security measures and

In a second announcement alongside its half year results, Exertis released the news that Exertis Pro AV is to strengthen its collaboration proposition in the Netherlands. DCC Technol- ogy announced the acquisition of Kerèn B.V., a specialist, value-add, Pro AV distributor. Based in Almere in the Neth- erlands, the company achieved revenues of €16 million in its last financial year, employing 12 people. Kerèn B.V. sells to Pro AV sys- tem integrators and resellers, providing pre- and post-sales
