Methven’s Kaha shower valve and Krome shower fittings in black have been specified at the New York- inspired Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester. Featuring 191 rooms, the hotel is expected to open in Spring 2020. Oliver Redfern, Interior Designer at Squid Inc who is creating the interior scheme, said: “Hotel Brooklyn will be an edgy urban destination hotel and it was important for the brassware and shower systems to reflect this. When it came to planning the bathrooms, we opted for the Methven Black Krome collection as it was an excellent fit to the monotone palette of the unique angular en-suite pods. A striking contemporary design was crucial when designing the ensuites, but it was also important that the shower performed well and delivered an invigorating experience, whilst being water efficient due to high- usage.” Methven / methven.com/uk/specifiers
