But for the everyday person

looking to improve their body and health it reallywon’tmake a huge difference if it’s fasted or not.

Lotsofpeopleonmy social media arepromoting various weight-lossprogrammes involving herbal juices; they look like they are losingweight soI amgoing totry these Inmy opinion stay as far away as possible!

Anymagic juice/shake, super

detox or ‘celebrity’workoutDVDis never good! All they do is hurt people physically andmentally, who are taken in by theirmisleading promises. There are reasonswhy they need ‘celebrities’ to endorse these products ... and that’s because no reputable fitness professionalwould put their name on something so damaging.

I justdon’t have time to workout There’s always time.Get yourself a set of dumbbells, they aren’t very

expensive, andwhen you have 20/30minutes spare just get a quick homeworkout in.

Preparing healthymeals is toomuch effort especially when I have children anda house tolook after I can see howthismight be difficult. Try simple changes to makemeals a bit healthier like sweet potato instead of regular white potato or switching from white to brown/whole grain pastas, rice and bread.Cook in extra virgin olive oils or coconut oils and add more green vegetables, spinach broccoli asparagus kale green beans. These are just a few options, look online at blogs for more inspiration.

I’vebeen tothe gymsonow I can rewardmyselfwith a cupcake Of course, just try not tomake a habit of doing it. Everything inmoderation is key

and one cupcakewill not suddenly make you gainweight.
