Nimans has appointed Warren Bone, Head of the Yealink busi- ness unit, to spearhead contin- ued growth of its award-winning UC and collaboration solutions, spanning deskphones, audio conferencing and video-based technologies across the coun- try. Warren benefits from a 25- year comms career and takes- up the position from Panasonic where for the last nine years he was Distribution Sales Manag- er across the UK and Ireland. He is pledging to develop closer partnerships to further strengthen the relationship be- tween vendor, distributors and resellers.

Riedel Communications has further strengthened its North American sales presence with the appoint- ment of Ashley D. Condon as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeastern U.S. Based in Flori- da, Condon reports directly to Rich Zabel, Vice President of Sales for Riedel Communications North America.


An 18-year veteran of the broad- cast and professional video indus- tries, Condon has presented at several SBE, SMPTE, NAB, and PBS events on the evolution of television and broadcasting. Prior to joining Riedel, he was Sales Manager for the Western U.S. and Canada for iHeartMedia, specializ- ing in master control automation, digital workflows, and managing content chains from creation to monetization.


Condon also served as Strate- gic Vertical Sales Manager for Avid Technologies and Director of Sales for Florical Systems, where he represented clients including Nexstar, Golf Channel, CNN, Gray/ Raycom, NBC, FOX, and ABC O&Os. Condon is a graduate of the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. "We're excited to have Ash on board to represent Riedel in the southeast," said Zabel. "He brings wide experience together with in- dustry contacts that will serve us well as we continue to expand our customer base in the region. AVB Marketing is pleased to welcome Gordon Isaac to the team in his new role as National Director of Sales and Market- ing. Isaac has a diverse back- ground, having started in retail as a store manager for Ultimate Electronics, a regional consum- er electronics retailer, and then working for such manufacturers as Bose, Crestron, and Core Brands. He also oversaw the marketing and business trans- formation for a $20 million-a- year custom integration busi- ness with four locations around the country. Most recently Isaac was the Director of Sales for AVAD, where he provided leadership for its 20 branch locations and nearly 100 customer-facing em- ployees. Isaac was recognized in 2016 and 2018 as a Top Talent under 40 by Technology Integra- tor magazine.


In his new role, Isaac will fo- cus on supporting the ProSource group members consisting of over 600 of the top custom in- tegrators and custom retailers in the country. Isaac and his team will be working closely with the


ProSource management team, district managers, vendors, and members to help provide web- site solutions and impactful marketing programs that enable members to grow their business and get the most out of their ProSource partnership. "We are very excited to have Gordon on our team," said Brian Wattier, VP of Marketing at AVB Marketing. "He brings a wealth of knowledge around technolo- gy and the custom integration channel, which will be valuable to all of the members we sup- port."
