three-shot swing at the 17th hole to win his first PGA Tour event in 11 years by four strokes at the Travelers
Championship on Sunday. Reavie birdied the penultimate
hole where challenger Keegan Bradley made double-bogey to turn

ODU’s Melichova Headlines Three on VaSID All-State Team NORFOLK, Va. - Old
Dominion women’s golfer Jana Melichova has been named Rookie of the Year in the Virginia All-State University Division Women’s Golf Awards, as voted on by the Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID). Melichova and Charlotte De Corte earned first-team All- State honors, while Sana Tufail was named to the second team all-state. Melichova, also named
Conference USA Freshman of the Year closed out the year with a 72.9 stroke average. Marked her best career finish in her first-ever collegiate tournament with a 2nd place finish, which included a 66 in the second round. Her 66 in the Golfweek Program Challenge was a school record for lowest 18-hole score. The Czech Republic native broke 70 five times and posted 12 rounds of par or better. She also finished the season ranked

205th according to Golfstat. Also earning a spot on the
All-State First Team, De Corte matched Melichova’s stroke average in her final campaign. She picked up two top-5 finishes and five top-10 finishes. After her senior season, she ranked 167th in the country according to Golfstat and 125th in the Golfstat Cup Rankings. The Belgium native finished in 3rd at the 2019 C-USA Championship in April. De Corte was also a member of the C-USA First
Team All-Conference. Rounding out the Monarchs
all-state honors, Sana Tufail was placed on the second team. Her 73.7 stroke average was tied for second-best on the team. Tufail was named to the Conference USA All-Academic Team and the C-USA Third Team All- Conference this season. Her best finish was at the Golfweek Program Challenge with a 5th place finish. Tufail posted four top-20 finishes and recorded 10 rounds of par or better.
