Appeal after fatal crash


INVESTIGATORS are ap- pealing for information fol- lowing the death of an unnamed Staplehurstman. The 60-year-old was a pas-


senger in a car that was in- volved in a collision on the A2 near Ebbsfleet on Tues- day, June 25. He died a day later at a London hospital. Kent Police were called to


the scene, on the coast-bound carriageway, at about 4.20pm. The collision was between


a blue Audi A4 and a black Infinity M35h, but officers say other vehicles that have not yet been identified may also have been involved. Police would also like to


hear from any drivers who witnessed the collision, but have not yet come forward. Witnesses can call the Seri-


ous Collision Investigation Unit on 01622 798 538 quoting 25-1172. Alternatively, they can be
