Welcome to our busy summer edition of Primary Times filled with plenty of ideas to keep the children happy and active over the holidays. Across the county there are exhibitions, animal encounters, jousting, country fairs, outdoor theatre, summer schools, children’s workshops and a whole host of fun activities and days out to keep the family entertained. The ever popular Summer Reading Challenge kicks off mid- July - for full details see our back page and we have a 4-page calendar pull-out in the centre on all the heritage sites that have plenty planned for the summer break.
