Of course, as we move through spring and summer and the weather warms up us Brits are keen to get outside and fire up the barbecue. Here at Seppings you will find a delicious selection of meats perfect for your weekend gathering. The team make all their own burgers, marinated kebabs and of course their famous sausages, in-house. In fact, the sausages are still made to William’s original recipe and Robert reckons to getting through around 1.5 tonnes of sausages per week – going up to around 4 tonnes over Christmas! One hundred years trading under three generations of the same family is something to be very proud of.

Once the meat is in the shop it is up to his team of staff – many of which have been here in excess of 30 years to carry on the tradition of excellent customer service. Having said all that, this


is very much a forward- thinking business. In 2017 Robert had a brand-new commercial kitchen built, from which they make all their own pies, quiches, sausage


rolls etc. This
