uerto Rico provided breathtaking scenery and gorgeous weather for this year’s annual Spring Management Meeting at the Wyndham


Grande Rio Mar in May. Delegates were treated to a robust program including such topics as LEAN manufacturing, 3D printing, labor and employment issues, investment casting outlooks for the global markets, as well as management and leadership topics.

commented, “Puerto Rico was an amazing backdrop for our meeting. From the Keynote address to our beachfront pig roast, delegates and guests had the opportunity to network and reconnect with each other.”


Attendees also had the opportunity to attend


various social events including receptions, golf, a mixology course at the Bacardi rum factory and a tour of old San Juan. Next year’s annual Spring Management Meeting


will be held in Santa Fe, New Mexico on April 26 - April 29. And a special congratulations to Bill Buckley, the winner of the ICI’s photography contest!
