ICI Member Benefits A New Look for an ICI Platform by Grayce Albanese, Senior Executive Assistant I
n the October issue of INCAST Magazine, Executive Director, Joseph Fritz addressed the need for
continued industrial growth through collaborative activities. He cited that the ICI itself grew out of a collaboration of leaders in a fledgling industry, and is still fulfilling their vision to this day. As a result, the Technical Committee
established a collaboration portal on Associations by Connectik, an internet- based communications platform. Connectik has already been in use for over a year by the Board of Directors and a number of ICI committees with good results, so it seemed to be a good fit for this application. The Collaboration Portal was rolled
out in October 2018, and although a number of Members signed into the portal and took advantage of its benefits, there were others who experienced difficulty, citing that it was not intuitive. As a result, progress on this initiative faltered. Fortunately, Connectik was already
working on a solution and has completed a new version of the product which has the look and feel of a mobile device app. Less cumbersome than the old version, the platform lends itself to user intuition, and now that our data and forms have been migrated to this new platform, it is our hope that you give it another try. All

Representatives are being contacted to set up access to their Connectik account, but that does not mean that you have to wait. Since this tool is designed for use by all Members, you can sign up by contacting us directly. The only requirement is that you work for a Member Company. To date, we have a number of
