Tere is literally something for everyone in Estepona whether you prefer the more traditional Spanish pace of life you can find in the back streets of old Town or a 10 minute stroll down the el paeso you will find the vibrant Port of Estepona. Universal Real Estate recently sold a one bedroom Apartment in Kai Alde, an urbanisation 5 minutes walk from the Port. The property was listed and we achieved the asking price of 135,000 euros. Within the week
following completion, the property had a long term rental tenant
secured paying 750 euros per Month. There is definatley a market for
investors looking to buy property in the area and with a tenant in situ this can often cover any mortgage payments.
