Sultana Scones Method


Ingredients


3oz Butter 3oz Sugar 3oz Sultanas


11oz Self Rasing Flour 1/4 Pint of Milk 1 Egg


Baking Tray


1 Combine the dry ingredients and sultanas in a mixing bowl.


2 Add the egg.


3 Slowly combine with the milk mixing well.


4 Place on baking tray in balls. 5


Cook in the oven on 180 C degrees for 15 minutes.

6 Serve with butter and jam. Enjoy.
