Will Rogers Coliseum in Fort Worth hosted its final rodeo for Fort


Worth Stock Show and Rodeo on February 9. Built in 1936, the Will Rogers “The World’s Original Indoor Rodeo”, will revert to a year-round eques- trian center, when the $540 million Dickies Arena is scheduled for comple- tion by late 2019, in time for the 2010 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo. The new multipurpose arena is located 5 blocks south of the Will Rogers, will seat 14,000, will be the new home to Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo per- formances, and will host concerts, sporting events and family entertainment.
