The 63rd annual AQHA Select Breeders
Sale at FWSSR, held January 19, sold 15 head, av- eraging $10,640. Nathan Barrett, bidding for Bar None Ranch, Lone Oak, paid the top price, $22,500, for Im Ready To Rock, consigned by Slick Robison. Slick’s 2-year-old daughter, Hadleigh, made her debut in the sale ring, helping handle the horse right!
FWSSR’s Invitational Ranch Horse Sale,
held January 20, grossed $264K, with 16 head av- eraging $17,600. Paul J. Stroud purchased the high-seller, Terrific Movement, consigned by Bur- nett Ranches LLC and bringing $33K.
