All change for the New Year...our January issue is always focused on new beginnings, be that our 'New Year, New You' feature or swapping up the home. Change sweeps through every area of our lives and more often than not, it’s most welcome and most needed. In this issue we bring you news of products that start the changes from the inside, as well as treatments to drive weight loss and turn back the clock, whilst on the home front there's inspiration for every room and corner of your
house...you're welcome...
The New Year is also a time for resolutions – for some that's spending more time with friends, for others that's spending more time with family! Going to the gym, securing that new job, me time and sticking to the diet are all high on the agenda. Personally, I don't believe in resolutions, I believe in setting goals – there's less negative pressure and more determination behind goals; a subtle change in mind set, but try it for yourself.

Our first interview of the New Year is with the Irish country singer that has taken Nashville and indeed the rest of the world by storm, Nathan Carter! I had the pleasure of meeting him before on my TV show on Irish TV. He's charming, talented and oh so driven. Coming from an Irish heritage and having spent years as an Irish dancer, I was brought up on the sounds of Ireland, plus country music mixed with some Randy Crawford and classical artists – I have my parents to thank for my varied taste in music. Nathan chats about his career, taking on America and much more....
On the travel front, there're some trends for 2019 you might want to tap into, such as adventure, whilst some of the predicted top destinations include Petra and Fiji – we can thank Meghan and Harry for the latter!
I hope that 2019 started in a positive vein for you and I hope it continues that way...
