The Fall Fun Horse Show was held at the Texas Rose Horse Park in Tyler with some interesting weather. Two days where beautiful, Saturday brought a deluge of rain and Sun- day closed out with a dry and cloudy day. On Friday, the Texas Super Stake was held and Amanda Comly took the blue on Chappalo owned by Comly Sport Horses. Second went to Southern Boy ridden by Julie Benton and owned by Tina Phillips and the yellow ribbon went home with Meribeth Sloan’s MTM Gio ridden by Bob Brawley. In the afternoon the $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby presented by Brawley


The Fall Fun H/J Show


Farms was held under sunny skies. Bob Brawley riding for DDM Equestrian LLC led the victory gallop on Argento. Second went to Act of Valor owned by Pinecone Farm and ridden by Olivia Parr and third went to All in Time owned by Maro Reppas and ridden by Elle Moreno. In the Jumper ring on Friday, the $5,000 1.25M Jumper Classic was the feature event


and Gianna Aycock came away with the blue ribbon on her Flex A Tia. Julie Cleveland Beam was second on Anastasia Stewart’s Lancelot and third went to CHF Cabriole owned and ridden by Celine Myers. Saturday in the hunter ring saw Paloma owned by Bonnie Williams and ridden by

Nanette Flaten take the top spot in the Child/Adult Hunter Classic. Second went to Clark Kent owned by Ashley Smith and ridden by Kathryn Black and the yellow ribbon was won by NTEC Arko owned and ridden by Mary Elizabeth Smith. Saturday afternoon while setting up for the feature event, the $15,000 All in One Grand Prix, the heaven’s opened up and the class was rescheduled for Sunday morning. Sunday morning brought dryer weather with Carly Ramsey and her Lorenzo-T captured the top bonus spot coming from the 1.30M group. Second in the bonus went to Lancelot and Julie Cleveland Beam and third was Comme Ci Comme Ca 8 and Rachel Lindsey riding for Valerie Kalderon. w
