Giambrone is committed to excellence

Giambrone is a mid-tier Italian international law firm founded in 2004 with just two offices, London and Palermo. We have expanded and now have offices in London, Glasgow, Liverpool, Milan, Rome, Palermo, Munich, Barcelona, Mallorca, Tunisia, and Sardinia; later this year we will be adding five offices in the USA. Our strength in Italy and our reach across Europe and the Mediterranean makes us well positioned to assist our clients with a broad range of cross-border issues. We have capacity, under one roof, to successfully navigate through many different

jurisdictions which, in turn, saves our clients’ time and money. Giambrone is committed to

excellence and we have developed teams of multi-specialist, multi- lingual and multi-jurisdictional lawyers in recognition of the frequent over-lap of expertise required when addressing our clients’ complex cross-border issues. Giambrone’s experienced lawyers have a range of competence and services rarely seen, anywhere other than in far larger firms. We will analyse your project or matter and provide pragmatic advice having considered the commercial

impact as well as advising on the legal ramifications. We regularly assist businesses with cross-border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, business re-location, commercial real estate, contracts, banking & finance, European debt collection as well as dealing with all aspects of intellectual property. We have a robust litigation team and our local knowledge is invaluable when negotiating settlements for our client, resulting in an enviable record of success. We also offer a full range of private client services for individuals, high net- worth clients and investors, which also include a financial services group.
