Two oils I can’t live without Lavender
Widely used for its calming and relaxing qualities, it can help ease feelings of tension. It’s also my favourite for occasional skin irritations and imperfections. Spray on a pillow for peace at bedtime. Or apply topically to minor skin issues.
Peppermint
Use for a mid-day boost when feeling fatigued or low on energy. It can help reduce bloating, gas and occasional indigestion. I also use it to support healthy respiratory function when I need clear breathing. Place a drop in your hands and take some deep breaths or apply topically to the area of concern.
