the occasion and all three seg- ments of colour print, mono print and projected digital pho- tographic image were well sub- scribed to. Harleston U3A
AT our Annual General Meeting in June, it was agreed that Harleston U3A will become the more inclusive “Harleston and District U3A”. This change reflects the fact that almost half of our membership live in the surrounding towns and villages rather than just in Harleston itself. Every year we try to support a
charity – often a local one - by donating and selling good condi- tion books at our monthly meet- ings. For 2018/19 we have cho- sen “Harleston and District Dementia Friendly Communi- ty” who are providing vital sup- port and companionship to local people who are experiencing “issues with their memory” and equally importantly to their car- ers. Bravo to the organisers of this worthwhile cause who deserve all help possible from the rest of us! Our membership is now
Ray Mason, joint 3rd place, with 'Carousel'. Peter Nixon, 3rd place, with 'No More Heroes.' Essentials Close
