Orangeville RAM Rodeo Weekend in Support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dufferin District
On Father’s Day Weekend, June 16-17, the RAM
Rodeo Tour will once again be rolling into the Orangeville Fairgrounds for a wild and western weekend. The 8th An- nual Orangeville RAM Rodeo showcases two days of the live action packed sport of rodeo to Orangeville, just as seen at the Calgary Stampede, and will feature some of Canada’s top competitors in events like bareback riding, barrel racing, roping, saddlebronc riding, and the world’s most dangerous sport-bull riding! The Orangeville RAM Rodeo weekend has some-
thing for everyone in the family including shopping, food, entertainment and activities for the kids! The gates open at 12pm noon on Saturday with a Tailgate Party with a live music performance by Ty Baynton. At 2:30 the FREE Kids Rodeo will begin in the Main Area, where anyone is wel- come to come out and learn to rope and ride like a cow- boy/cowgirl! The RAM Rodeo performance begins at 4:00pm and features the award-winning Canadian Cow- girls Precision Drill Team. Stick around after the rodeo for a Meet the Cowboy Tailgate Party where spectators are able to meet their favorite competitors from that day! Sunday is all about celebrating dad, starting with a
western hat giveaway to the first 50 Dad’s at the gate! Starting at 12pm, treat your dad to a Father’s Day brunch and family tailgate with live entertainment just before the 2pm RAM Rodeo performance featuring the Canadian Cowgirl Precision Drill Team. Proceeds from the Orangeville RAM Rodeo will be
going towards Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dufferin Dis- trict; a community based program that matches youth fac- ing adversity with volunteer mentors to help better or change their lives. The Orangeville RAM Rodeo weekend will be one

Canadian Cowgirls Saddle Up with the RAM Rodeo Tour!
The RAM Rodeo Tour is excited to announce that the
award-winning Canadian Cowgirls Precision Drill Team will be joining the tour at select rodeos this summer! The elite rodeo drill team consists of dazzling women
and their horses performing daring musical drills in spec- tacular glittering costumes. Their dedicated team of West- ern women have performed at the Calgary Stampede, the Indy 500, the Kentucky Derby Pegasus Parade and were chosen to stand with His Royal Highness, Prince Charles. The Canadian Cowgirls are known as Canada’s jewels as they are experienced horsewomen tied together by a com- mon bond- the love of family, horses and the country of Canada! Hold onto your hat and tighten your saddle and catch the Canadian Cowgirls at a RAM Rodeo near you!
