At Dudda’s Tun we pride ourselves on pressing our own apples grown at Pine Trees Farm, always fermenting from 100% freshly pressed juice, and using wild yeasts to produce cider true to our unique region in the heart of Kent.
Dudda is believed to have been an 11th century person who set up a farmstead (Tun), which over hundreds of years became a village, known today as Doddington.
Making cider on the family run farm since 2009, Dudda’s Tun uses hand-picked apples from its eight orchards, using varieties such as Russet, Discovery, Scrumptious and Bramley. The fresh pressed apple juice is blended before fermentation begins, ensuring the ultimate natural blend of varieties that ripen together.

Hawkshead Brewery we make the sort of beer we like to drink - distinctive, full of flavour, handmade, crafted, bold, personal and made by people who LOVE BEER for people who love beer.
We are small enough to know most of our customers, not to care about the mass market, be able to brew lots of different beers, experiment and innovate. We are big enough to employ a team of five brewers, make around 160 barrels (26,400 litres) of beer a week, deliver direct throughout The North, and have a bar open every day, at the brewery.
