The Textile Rental Services Association of America (TRSA) cancelled its annual conference to be held in Miami last Sep- tember. Members were given the option of a refund of reg- istration fees or the opportu- nity to contribute to victims of the hurricane season. As a result, over $80,000 was col- lected and has been donated to Anayat House, Children of Restaurant Employees and ConPRmetidos, organizations assisting those impacted by hurricanes in Florida, Texas and Puerto Rico.

Jensen invests in Robotics and AI The Jensen-Group has acquired a 30% share in Inwatec ApS, a Danish company that manufactures high-end, heavy-duty laundry products. This investment in laundry robotics and AI (Artifi cial Intelligence) is said to confi rm the Group’s vision to automate all processes in the laundry.

Online Technical Support In recognition of the need for speed in han- dling technical questions, Streets has provid- ed an online portal for customers to reach Street technicians. With each submission, customers receive a Request ID# that rec- ognizes their issue and lets them know the Street’s team member who will be respond- ing. In most cases a member of the customer team will be able to respond almost immedi- ately by email or phone. The portal can be accessed at support.4streets.com or through the company website at 4streets.com.
