GAYLIA KRISTENSEN SKIN CARE PROVEN AROUND THE GLOBE, NOW AVAIL ABLE IN THE UK

Head Trainer for Cozmedica, Nicky Maddox-Dyke is responsible for training all of the professional accounts and clients that work with the company, ensuring they can fully maximise the benefits of the new anti-ageing facial therapies and treatments that the company has had designed specifically for the UK spas, salons and clinics.

Treatments that have been developed by world-renowned treatment developer and spa consultant Carly St. John. Here we chat to Nicky about the luxury skincare brand Gaylia Kristensen, which is used in the most coveted spas across the globe and is now available via Cozmedica in the UK…

As a skincare expert, someone who trains professionals, you will have had experience of so many quality skincare brands, so why do you enjoy working with GK? GK is a unique, high performance range of products which deliver amazing, anti-ageing results to the skin… NATURALLY. As a therapist I specialise in non-surgical face lifts, so I’m always looking for the latest anti-ageing prod- ucts on the market to recommend to my clients and to complement my treatments. The most important point is that they have to give the very best results possible and it was the results that people were experiencing that led me to the range!

My clients and I have experienced incredible results with GK without the need for any harsh chemicals, cosmetic injections or surgery. People now want to look like a better version of themselves; they want people to notice that they look great, not over processed, so quality skincare that delivers results is key to what I do. GK is a powerful, natural alternative using the latest scientific innovations to achieve visible anti-ageing results.

GK is used in some of the most coveted spas around the globe, what do you think sets it apart from other skincare lines? Spas that work with this product are the type of spas that demand the best. GK is a premium, luxury collection of naturally derived, iconic products. Each product stands alone in terms of both power and performance to deliver dramatic, clinically proven results, using state-of-the-art natural technologies. You’ll find that they don’t use synthetic ingredients and they use optimum amounts of ingredients too – so optimum amounts of peptides and other deliverables. Natural is also a key word, as we are surrounded in our daily lives by pollutants and chemicals, so naturally derived skincare is increasingly important without compromising on results. GK provides a truly luxurious experience in anti-ageing products with treatments that are the ultimate in sophistication.

There are always halo products within any brand, which do you think are the halo products? My top three products are: 1) Dream Cream, which is a light-weight anti-ageing and age-prevention treatment cream. It boasts revolutionary poly-peptide youth complex that fights all visible signs of ageing. 2) UTOPIA Serum, which is a non-surgical face lifting serum that uses cutting-edge molecular technologies to achieve dramatic visible results; it really is the ultimate youth serum. 3) Eye Lift, which is an intensive cosmetic treatment for younger looking eyes and a great alternative to Bolulinum Toxin A (Botox) injections. This amazing serum contours and sculpts the skin around the delicate eye area and is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of expression lines and wrinkles by 63% in 30 days!

What’s the one product you couldn’t live without from GK and what are your top tips for using the product? I personally could not live without UTOPIA Serum. I could see visible results to my skin after just a few days of using this incredible product. I have a keen eye for changes in skin, which is a must for someone in my profession and it has improved the appearance of my lines and wrinkles, as well as improving my skin elasticity and firmness, so an all-round rejuvenation. UTOPIA serum should be applied in a very thin layer to the face, neck and décolletage, morning and evening after cleansing and toning, but before moisturising. Concentrate on any areas of concern such as deep lines. You experience a tightening effect when it’s dry; it’s a product that you feel is doing good, as well as seeing the results!
