winter meeting County Circuit Clerks gathered for a con- tinuing education seminar at DeGray Lake State Park Resort in Bismarck (Hot Spring/ Clark counties) Jan. 30, 2018, through Feb. 1, 2018. Topics covered include commis- sioner sales, juvenile courts, and juvenile transcripts, among others. Speakers includ- ed Jennifer Craun, juvenile director with the Administrative Office of the Courts; Danielle Fusco, special projects coordinator with the Arkansas Secretary of State’s Office; and motivational speaker Charlotte Strickland. The E-Recording Commission met, as well.
