Team Strengths Copyright Welsh Government.

All AFLOs have links to the Armed Forces community.Ofthe four currently employed 3have served (Stephen a former Royal Marine, Jeffrey in the British Army and Lisa was in the Royal Air Force) and although Janette has not served in the forces herself her father and her husband had served in the RAF. This ensures they are best placed to understand any difficulties that having served may encounter when accessing local services. Being embedded within the local authorities ensures that current policies are in line with service needs. This also ensures that best practice is highlighted and disseminated throughout the authorities.
