We are cre- ating a centralized database of horse properties for sale across the state at www.txhorseproperties.com. We promote the listings on our website through var- ious social media channels and ads creating an in- creased exposure to potential buyers for the sellers. In other words, we go out to where the buyers are. “We are thrilled at the prospect of bringing buy- ers and sellers together in this niche of the real estate industry,” said Holly Ellis from Texas Horse Proper- ties. “It’s exciting to see the beautiful horse facilities that Texas has. They come in all sizes and shapes and styles to fit a wide variety of buyers.” By head count, Texas leads the nation in the number of horses maintained within a state. Texas Horse Industry estimates from 2017 put the horse population in Texas at about one million horses, leading the nation in the AQHA, APHA, ApHC and AMHA breeds. ing to Texas or even moving within Texas, so finding a home that has facilities for horses in place is Step 1. We recognize that need and are working with agents across the state to make that first step easier. Vital to that need is for horse properties to stand out from other real estate listings. Texas Horse Prop- erties offers a solution to that need. We put horse properties available from across the state upfront on our website. From there you can drill down by Texas regions or even by specific amenities; for example, horse facilities that include an equine therapy pool. Listings on our website include photos, a property description, list of features and amenities, mapped location, and contact info for the listing agent. The listings are updated as changes occur so the info is current and accurate. We also offer the consumer the option to create an account so they can follow their favorite listings. w
