The Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute (FCJEI) is excited to announce that it is current- ly accepting applications for the Executive Leadership Seminar (ELS) schedule for 2018. ELS is a unique educational opportunity for upper management leadership within Florida criminal justice organizations. The program is delivered in three sessions, each emphasizing a different aspect of leadership. Topics include communicating through a crisis, thinking critically, leading people, managing organizations, overcoming adversity, emotional intelligence and servant leadership.


We are currently accepting applications for Class 6, which will be delivered on the following dates at FDLE Headquarters in Tallahassee.


Session 1 May 21 – 25, 2018


Session 2 June 25 – 29, 2018


Session 3 July 23 – July 27, 2018
