Procedure • Tack a part put refind flour add milk sugar, salt and water make the dough • Make the roomali roti and cut into 8 peck. • Take kadai put oil add onion Julian, capsicum Julian, tomato Julian, green chilli, coriander, and cook in dry keep a side and cool. • Take a roomali put the vegetable and roil a roomali like spring roll and deep fry. • Serve hot in mint chutney.

Chopped Coriander : 1 ½ tbsp Chopped Green Chillies : 1 tsp
Lettuce Leaves : 2 – 3 nos. Black Olives : few
Procedure • To prepare rice mixture; in a bowl mash the boiled rice. • Chop boiled corn and add to the rice mixture. • Add the chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, grated cheese, paneer, breadcrumbs and mix well. • To prepare salsa sauce in a bowl add chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, chopped garlic, orange zest, sugar and mix well. Chop black olives and add to the bowl. Further add lemon juice, salt, crushed black pepper and keep it aside. • In a bowl add refined flour, salt, crushed black pepper, red chilli powder, water and prepare the batter. • Make balls out of the rice mixture and dust refined flour on it. • Put the prepared balls in the batter and coat them with breadcrumbs. • Deep fry the prepared croquets in hot oil until golden brown and remove them on a tissue paper. • Serve salsa sauce in a bowl. • For garnish trim the lettuce leaves and place them on the plate. • Keep the prepared croquets on the plate. Arrange black olives on the skewers and place on the croquets. • Drizzle salsa sauce and rice croquets are ready to serve.
