COLLECTIONS AND SHIPPING LOGISTICS After the conclusion of the auction all uncollected purchase lots will be transferred from the stadium to the auctioneer’s appointed storers and shippers Whittle International Movers Ltd.
Whittle will store and insure all purchased lots free of charge for a period of 28 days following the auction. After settling the auction invoice with Graham Budd Auctions, the auctioneer will forward the buyer’s details to Whittle and authorise that the purchased lots can be released to the buyer. Purchases are available for collection from Whittle’s premises from Monday 26th February. The opening hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Lots can be collected in person by the buyer or through an authorised agent or shipper. Please ensure that you or your agent/shipper are in possession of the auction invoice and a form of personal ID. Please note the auction invoice MUST have been pre-settled with Graham Budd Auctions and cannot be paid via Whittle on arrival.
If you are unable to collect in person, Whittle can supply competitive quotations for packing and shipping of purchases on a worldwide basis. It may also be possible to arrange a door-to-door delivery service for addresses in Liverpool, Merseyside and the surrounding region.
You are not obliged to use Whittle for shipping services, but if you instruct your own courier or shipper who expect the items to be pre- packed on collection then Whittle would raise a charge for this service.
Failure to collect purchases and storage fees Whittle will store and insure all purchased lots free of charge for a period of 28 days following the auction (until 22nd March 2018). Thereafter, a handling fee of £25.00 will be raised in addition to storage charges of £5 per lot per week. PLEASE NOTE uncollected lots will not be insured from 23rd March 2018 onwards.

Head out of Liverpool on the M58 and merge with the M6 at j.26, signposted Preston. At j.29 take the exit onto the M65 signposted Burnley, Blackburn, Preston south. After about a mile take the 2nd exit at the roundabout, signposted A6 Preston. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Brownedge Road (B5257) towards Bamber Bridge. Go through one roundabout before turning left at the next onto the B6258. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout and at the following take the 2nd exit onto School Lane. After about 200 yards turn left at the crossroads into Charnley Fold Lane. Whittle’s premises are on the right-hand side.
