Ingredients for Spinach and Avocado Dip Recipe


1. Fresh spinach leaves (palak) 6-8 2. Avocado 1 medium 3. Jalapeno finely chopped 1 4. Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon 5. Small onions finely chopped 1 6. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon 7. Sour cream 5 tablespoons 8.


Salt to taste 9. Fresh parsley chopped 1 tablespo for garnishing


Method Step 1: Grind together jalapeno, garlic, onion, lemon juice, sour cream, salt, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, avocado flesh and torn spinach leaves to a smooth mixture. Step 2: Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
