Landscaping Weed Control Membranes
WE’VE BEEN MANUFACTURING WEED CONTROL MEMBRANES FOR OVER 30 YEARS
Our range of weed control membranes offer a variety of spun bonded and woven weed control and ground stabilisation applications. Please use our Weed Control Membranes product chart below as a guide to selecting the right product for the suitable application required.
MULCHTEX
The Mulchtex range is a spun bonded polypropylene weed control fabric with high levels of UV stabiliser which allows air, nutrients and liquids to pass through soil. Mulchtex acts as a weed barrier and enables easy planting, by pre-cutting crossholes in the fabric. The spunbonded material allows it to be easily cut without fraying. Available in a range of weights to cater for all levels of protection.
PERMATEX
Permatex is a woven geo textile that can be used as both a weed control and stabilising membrane. It has similar properties to the Mulchtex range but is more robust and can be used in many more applications. Permatex is also the ideal product for growing plants with it’s unique ripple weave technology giving excellent water dispersion, which eliminates puddling. UV treated, Permatex will last for 5 to 7 years without the need for a mulch and even longer with one.
