complicated condition which causes continuing spasming of the limbs. Depending on what symptoms she presents with on the day of treatment how I will treat her varies. Using a combination of sports therapy, massage and relaxation techniques such as Bowen I have been able to keep her body in as comfortable condition as possible to allow her to do her job and keep her winning the ribbons. By understanding how the body works in conjunction with the horse I have also come up with some unique ideas to counteract the forces that go through her body both from her condition and the impact of the horse.

ROB BUTLER, PERSONAL TRAINER AND SPORTS THERAPIST

I have been training Myles Frost, Europro Golfer, the past 6 months. Myles was initially referred to me to help gain some hip mobility to reduce the pain which he was suffering in his lumbar spine. Within the first session it was obvious there were many areas which we had to concentrate on firstly such as Myles' paraspinal muscular endurance. For the first four weeks with Myles we concentrated on improving his dynamic stability and the work capacity of his core muscles, progressing onto uneven surfaces to enable improved proprioception. Myles improved rapidly and we quickly moved onto strength training and more compound lifting. Myles quickly began to feel that his swing was more controlled due to an increase in stability, and the increase in strength provided 10-20 yards increase on his drive. Myles is currently experiencing little or no lower back pain and is playing quote "the best golf he has played”.

David Brown DAVID BROWN, MOVEMENT COACH

When Steve Brown, professional dart’s player (PDC and JDC) was having persistent elbow pain he genuinely thought it might be the end of his career, until he was recommended to Core Clinics. After just one session with Dr Stefaan Vossen, our Clinical Director, and myself he was able to play pain free again and hasn’t looked back. Steve believes as darts becomes more professional and competitive, players should be looking after themselves to compete at the highest level. As with al our patiets we use the right combination of techniques for the person - following Steve’s chiropractic session with Stefaan, I gave him a course of Shockwave therapy to relieve pain and promote healing along with the Rossiter System to stretch his tissue, enabling freedom of pain and ease of movement through his throw. Steve continues to visit Core to maximise performance and keep injuries at bay.

‘I believe Core is a model for the future of healthcare:
